Our Story
Rooted in the ancient meaning of Han, our restaurant is inspired by the caravanserais of Anatolia — places where travellers, merchants, and communities gathered around food, fire, and conversation.
The Meaning of HAN

Once used by Turkic and Central Asian rulers, Han speaks to heritage, strength, and leadership.

In Ottoman and Silk Road history, a han was a commercial inn — a place of rest, trade, food, and connection.
